me2everyone's status as a PLC (Public Limited Company) was confirmed 20th May 2009 and it is now showing on the Companies House website

In becoming a PLC we had to demonstrate the way 25% of our share capital had been fully paid up from the date that the company wished to become a PLC. Companies House scrutinized our documents and they have agreed that we adequately show GBP £4,000,000 in paid up capital.

All incorporated companies in the UK need an official address where organizations like Companies House and the Inland Revenue can write to the company. It is usually based at the offices of the company's accountants or solicitors: although some companies have their registered office at their place of work or even their home. me2everyone Limited has recently changed its registered office to: Thames Gateway Office, Bridge Wardens College, Clocktower Building, Chatham, Kent, ME4 4TE, England. We have done this to ensure all official notices reach our legal people quickly.
